If you're traveling to Panama a PCR test is required.Make sure you are using an accredited laboratory or you will have problems at the airport or border. All countries allow PCR tests for travel but only some will allow an antigen test so although the antigen test is a little cheaper you want to verify that first. The nearest place to get an antigen test is in Limón or there are many places in San José.
